This house belonged to our grandparents, Rodolfo and his family. For generations, its doors were always open – filled with the aromas of slow Sunday lunches, conversations spilling onto the balcony, and mornings marked by fresh figs and the gentle Adriatic breeze.
When we began restoring these spaces, our promise was clear: to preserve the soul of our family home while elevating it into a sanctuary for the modern traveler.
Through natural materials, restored wooden details, and light-filled rooms, we honored the landscape of Montemarciano and the rhythm of the seasons.
