The calm pebble and sand beaches of Marina di Montemarciano are just 5 km down the hill. The dramatic limestone cliffs and turquoise coves of the Riviera del Conero (Sirolo & Numana) are a scenic 35-minute drive south.
Where is the property located?
We are located in the historic center of Montemarciano in Le Marche region of Italy. We are just 5km (a 7 minute drive) from the Adriatic coastline, 15 minutes from the seaside town of Senigallia, and 15 minutes from Ancona International Airport (AOI).
Is a car necessary during our stay?
While local grocery shops, café, and restaurant in Montemarciano are within walking distance, having a car is highly recommended. It allows you to freely explore the surrounding Le Marche countryside, hidden beaches, hilltop towns, and nearby coastal destinations like Senigallia and the Conero Riviera.
What amenities are included in the apartments?
Each apartment and rooftop room is equipped with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, climate control (air conditioning & heating), fresh organic cotton bedding, cotton towels, a coffee setup, and private bathroom facilities. Selected spaces feature private balconies or spacious rooftop terraces.
Is parking available near the property?
Yes, free public parking is conveniently available just across the street from the property.
Do you offer a formal breakfast service?
While we do not offer a formal breakfast service, guests are welcomed upon arrival with complimentary coffee, tea, sweet treats, and mineral water. You will also find charming local cafés just a short walk away for an authentic Italian espresso and cornetto.
